On April 2, 2026, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) released a final rule, which outlines policy and technical changes to the Medicare Advantage Program, Medicare Prescription Drug Benefit Program and Medicare Cost Plan Program (CMS-4208-F/CMS-4212-F).

On April 6, 2026, CMS released a final rate notice, which updates the 2027 payment rates for Medicare Advantage and Part D programs.
