As a reminder, December 15, 2025 is the deadline to submit enrollment applications for Federally-facilitated Marketplace (FFM) plans effective January 1, 2026. Most State-based Marketplaces (SBMs) have the same deadline, but it is a good idea to double-check the state’s Marketplace website for more information, as it may differ or be extended.
