April is Stress Awareness Month, so now is a good time to remind your clients that they have access to mental health and substance use disorder services with covered visits to a network therapist, psychiatrist or other behavioral health specialist. Individual & Family Plan (IFP) members do not need a referral from their PCP to visit a mental health care provider.
