Book of business (BoB) on Jarvis was recently updated to improve user experience and assist you in better serving your clients. These enhancements include:

• Language preference – you can now view member written and spoken language preference indicators in Jarvis' downloadable BoB report (if a preference was noted). This will allow you to better serve these members by tailoring communications in their preferred language.

• Filter options – new filters have been added, allowing you to focus on specific products, states, plans and more.

• Column customization – the search results table can be customized to see only the columns you want. Simply select the “columns” dropdown to add or remove the default columns, then select “apply” to save your settings. If you would like to return to the original default table, select “reset.”

• Downloadable reports – the downloadable report can also be customized to focus only on the columns you choose. However, this setting is separate from the search results columns noted above. Your settings can be saved to be used on all future reports, if desired.
