Key Highlights:

• 78% of our Medicare Advantage members are enrolled in 4-star plans or higher
• 40% of members are in 4.5-star plans, demonstrating our dedication to excellence
• We’ve now led the industry in members in 4+ star plans for nine years¹

These outstanding results are a direct reflection of our focus on providing quality care and our collaboration with you to ensure our members are enrolled in plans that best fit their needs. We're proud to work together to help people live healthier lives.
 

What this means for you:

As a valued partner, it's essential to communicate the 2026 Star Ratings for the plans you present during sales events, one-on-one appointments, and telephonic interactions. You'll be required to:

• Use updated Star Ratings information within 21 calendar days of the release (starting Oct. 30, 2025).
• Distribute the 2026 Star Ratings information from Medicare.gov with the Enrollment Guide. Updated Enrollment Guides will be available to order on the Sales Material Portal in early November.
• Reference the new information at the point of sale.
