An Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA) allows employers to provide tax-free reimbursement to employees for health insurance and other qualified medical expenses. In response to the growing popularity of this type of health plan product, UnitedHealthcare has worked to provide you with support and resources that can help you better serve your clients who utilize an ICHRA or Qualified Small Employer Health Reimbursement Arrangement (QSEHRA), including:

• A new flag on the book of business* (BoB) downloadable report that identifies members utilizing ICHRA or QSEHRA (more info below)
•  Informative resources on Jarvis under Sales Tools > Off-Exchange and ICHRA
• An ICHRA training module that can be accessed by going to Jarvis > Knowledge Center > Training & Guides and launching IFP Training
• Trained and experienced Producer Help Desk (PHD) staff, who can assist brokers with ICHRA questions

The new ICHRA/QSEHRA indicator in your BoB downloadable report will be displayed in a column titled “IFP Subscriber ICHRA/QSEHRA Status,” and uses the following key:

• U = unknown
• N = does not have an HRA
• I = ICHRA
•  Q = QSEHRA
• Blank = value is not available for this subscriber

*Currently, BoB is unavailable to eAlliance agents and eAlliance solicitors.
