There are 5 types of delinquency letters that can now be viewed from a member’s profile page on Jarvis:

• Late Payment Notice
• Second Late Payment Notice
• Final Late Payment Notice
• Late Payment Subsidized Notice
• Late Paymnt Grace Notice Subsidized 

If a member has received any of these letters, they will appear on the member’s profile page in your book of business* (BoB) on Jarvis, under Member Letter History.
