Late Payment Report
The Late Payment Report in Jarvis is a helpful tool that allows you to quickly identify members in your book of business who may be at risk of losing coverage due to past due premium payments.
Where to find it
- Log in to Jarvis, select Sales Tools from the navigation menu, then go to Age‑In Details and click Late Payment. The report will display how many members currently have late payments
- Opening the report provides detailed member level information, including:
- Days remaining in grace period
- Monthly premium amount
- Outstanding balance
Grace period reminder
- Subsidized members: 90-day grace period
- Nonsubsidized members: 30-day grace period
Quick action at your fingertips
- Click the email icon within the report to contact members directly and remind them that payment is due
- Regularly reviewing this report and reaching out to impacted members can help prevent gaps in coverage and support a smoother member experience
