We’re excited to announce the launch of the new UHC Online Account Report in Jarvis, designed to help you better support your clients.

This report allows you to quickly identify clients who have not yet set up their online MyUHC member account. From the report, you can email clients directly using a built-in message that encourages them to register and highlights the benefits of having an online account.

The report is featured directly on the Jarvis homepage dashboard, giving you quick visibility into key information as soon as you log in. You can also access the report by going to Sales Tools > Age-In Details.
