UnitedHealthcare Individual & Family plans offer new and enhanced benefits for Plan Year 2026 (PY26), to better serve our members. Here are some 2026 plan highlights:

• The $0 medication benefit¹ has been expanded to include various medications for heart conditions, mental health, and opioid overdose
• $0 diabetes management benefits² have been enhanced to now include pharmacy-provided supplies and oral medications
• Health Perks benefits will now offer $100 more than in previous years, for a total of $250 in product incentives³ available to members – a $150 reward for visiting their primary care provider (PCP), $50 for account-related actions, and $50 for completing a Health Risk Assessment (HRA)
• Community resources will now be available to members via their online portal at myuhc.com/exchange. This tool connects members to community-specific resources relevant to their needs, such as housing, food and more

We’re also continuing to offer some of our most valued benefits, including:

• One Pass Select⁴ free digital fitness classes for members 18+, as well as an option for members to buy up for additional benefits
• Virtual care options⁵, including urgent care visits that are often $0
• Walgreens 20% discount⁶ on Walgreens brand over-the-counter health and wellness products

To earn $50, complete the following activities: set up a UnitedHealthcare member account on myuhc.com/exchange, opt-in to all types of text messages, sign up for all paperless plan communications, and the subscriber of the plan signs up for Autopay of premiums on behalf of all members enrolled on the plan (not available in New Jersey). To earn $50, complete the health risk assessment available on myuhc.com/exchange (excludes members in a Copay Focus plan in partnership with Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in Texas).
