Guest Pay is now available on the member portal at myuhc.com/exchange, meaning a one-time premium payment can be made for Individual & Family Plans (IFP) members without needing to log in or create an account. It can also be accessed on the homepage of Jarvis.

Guest Pay can be used by members or by someone paying on their behalf, such as a family member, caregiver, broker or employer.

Whoever is making the payment will first need to verify the member’s ID number and date of birth. They can then enter the amount they wish to pay and complete a secure payment through Stripe. Payment confirmation and a receipt are provided once the transaction is complete.

Guest Pay is available as a web-based, pre-login experience for one-time payments only. It does not support recurring payments, stored payment information, a digital wallet or payments through the mobile app.

Please note: Agents and brokers may help members locate and use Guest Pay but should never ask members to provide their bank account information.
